applying a "live, work, play" philosophy wherein the projects
and communities are built with the mobile professional and home-based
office worker in mind, and feature structures that combine a living
space, a work space or a "mixed use" concept. Project
locations are typically near or next to a railway station, or a
major freeway intersection.

enthusiast & Hawaiiana connoisseur, including tiki mugs, polynesian

A really "fun" site for me to work on. Site conceptualization,
design, and creation utilizing concept of logo. Heavy use of Flash.
Emphasis on product display. Still some work left to be done in
the form of pop-up windows for each product. Also, the Flash Intro
changes about every month.
